To Install the Gravis InputSprocket Software:
After reading this text, click Continue and follow the instructions. Note that this installer will not prompt you to restart your computer. Generally speaking, it is not necessary to restart after installing InputSprocket driver software. If you already have a Gravis USB game controller attached before you install this software and find that your system does not recognize the controller once installation is finished, simply unplug the controller and plug it back in. This should force your computer to load the driver. If your game still will not recognize the controller after unplugging and replugging it, restart your computer.
A Word About Compatibility:
This release of the Gravis software supports only games using Apple’s InputSprocket technology. It does not provide keyboard emulation (i.e., assigning keystrokes to gamepad or joystick buttons), so it will not work with some older games that require keyboard input or which look explicitly for an ADB controller.
Most newer games, however, do support InputSprocket and should work just fine with Gravis USB game controllers. A few examples are Quake, Unreal, Top Gun, Flying Circus, Tomb Raider II, Nanosaur 1.1.3 or later, and X-Plane 4.1 or later. If your favorite game does not support InputSprocket, we recommend that you contact the game publisher to see whether an InputSprocket-based update is available or in the works.
Configuring Your Gravis USB Game Controller:
Each InputSprocket-enabled game has a configuration dialog box that allows you to assign various game actions to the controls on your gamepad or joystick. This is often found under “Options” or “Preferences,” sometimes under “Mouse/Joystick Options.” Your game’s documentation should help you to locate the configuration controls.
Note for users of PCI-based USB cards:
This CD includes only the software needed for Macintosh models with built-in USB ports (such as the iMac, "blue & white" G3 desktop models, and "bronze keyboard" PowerBook G3 models). If you are using any other Power Macintosh with a PCI USB card, you will need additional files, which may or may not have been provided with your card. If you do not have the necessary software, contact your card's manufacturer for assistance.

This is a license agreement and not an agreement for sale. This is a legal agreement between you and Kensington Technology Group, a division of ACCO Brands, Inc. Please read this Agreement carefully before installing or running the software.
This software program(s) is protected by United States copyright and/or patent law and international treaty provisions. You may:
a) use the program(s) on any computer you wish, including business, home, and/or portable computers as long as there is no possibility the program(s) is in use simultaneously on two or more machines;
b) make backup copies as necessary for personal use;
c) transfer the program(s) and license to another party if the party agrees to accept the terms and conditions of this Statement. You may transfer the program(s) including the original program(s), backup copies, manuals, documentation and any other related materials or destroy any copies not transferred; this includes all portions of the program contained or merged into other programs. Any transfer other than as expressly permitted shall be void and shall result in termination of this license.
United States Government Restricted Rights
The program(s) and documentation are provided with Restricted Rights. Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in subparagraph (c) (1) (ii) of The Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software, clause DFARS 52.227-7013. LIMITED WARRANTY: Software
Kensington warrants the CD or diskette(s) on which the program(s) is furnished to be free from defects in materials and workmanship if it is used with the computer hardware and with the operating system for which it was designed. Kensington's entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be the replacement by Kensington of any CD or diskette(s).
